Throughout the conference, attendees will collect LEGO® pieces that represent the people they meet, the sessions they attend and the experiences they share. Each piece becomes part of a personalized ERAPPA 2027 build.
And every Business Partner in the Hall of Resources will be part of the experience.
Attendees will be encouraged to visit Business Partner booths to collect LEGO® pieces, creating another reason to start conversations, discover new organizations and explore the Hall of Resources. Pieces collected from participating Business Partner booths can be exchanged at the ERAPPA 2027 Transfer Station for special pieces that help attendees further personalize their builds—from different hairstyles and accessories to other unique elements.
Select sponsorship packages include additional opportunities for custom branded or product-inspired LEGO® pieces, giving those organizations another way to become part of each attendee’s personalized build. Rather than another traditional giveaway, the goal is to create meaningful interactions and a keepsake that continues to tell the story of ERAPPA 2027 long after attendees leave Niagara.

Attendees can explore your project at their own pace, then visit your booth to continue the conversation.Each Project Display Board includes one 6′ × 4′ display surface. Participating Business Partners are responsible for supplying their project materials in accordance with specifications provided by ERAPPA.

Monday Night Networking Event – Guest Tickets

Invite external clients or guests to join you for Monday Night Networking at the Niagara Parks Power Station.
This unique Niagara experience provides another opportunity to strengthen client relationships while giving guests a firsthand look at your organization’s involvement in the educational facilities community. Guest ticket packages are available exclusively to participating Business Partners.
